The best prosciutto in the world. Made artisanally in the village of San Daniele in Friuli. San Daniele Ham is a completely natural product, made only with Italian pork, sea salt and San Daniele air. Free of additives and preservatives, it is nutritious and easily digestible. Source of noble proteins, vitamins (B1, B6, PP) and minerals (phosphorus, zinc and potassium), it contains only a few fats and all “good” ones, the monounsaturated ones, which make it ideal for every diet and every age.
Our bone-in ham matured for 16-18 months.
Prosciutto di San Daniele is created by the expert hands of a few master ham-makers who, with age-old knowledge and following strict rules, transform meat and salt into a masterpiece of taste and delicacy.
Each ham is the result of craft processing carried out according to a tradition that has been handed down over the centuries by families and through the generations.
