IMPRESSIONS OF TUSCANY
We are in Teccognano, a hamlet of Cortona, where the Sabatini family produces, in toto, its exclusive London Dry; what does 'in toto' mean? It means that every single step of the production process is followed on site, starting with the cultivation of juniper and other botanicals, all grown on the estate. Coriander, iris, sage and lavender are just some of the ingredients, expertly blended together to create a truly Tuscan suggestion: close your eyes and let yourself be transported among the most beautiful hills in the world!
Crystal clear, it intoxicates the sense of smell with balsamic and mentholated notes and aromatic refluxes of thyme and sage, along with slight hints of citrus. The taste reveals a full body, soft and round, well balanced in the alcoholic note and very long in the spicy persistence.

Sabatini Gin was born from the great passion that unites the whole Sabatini family and their love for their land, Tuscany. Eager to create a gin together, the Sabatinis turned to one of the greatest master distillers around, Charles Maxwell of the Thames Distillery in London, with whom they developed the perfect Tuscan London Dry, using not only juniper but also a whole series of botanicals grown mainly on the family property and in the surrounding areas. Through a distillation process linked to the best tradition, the result is a clean London Dry Gin with a long finish, capable of giving us the most beautiful sensations of the Tuscan countryside in a single sip. Therefore, we are not just talking about a high quality product, but Sabatini gin is also the result of a perfect combination of flavours, aromas, suggestions and history, that of a family that conceived and created it with love and skill. And, when you think about it, Sabatini Gin is nothing more than a new chapter in the important historical and cultural bond that unites Tuscany and England. Gin is perfect for any type of mixing, from the most complex cocktails to the simple Gin Tonic, but it is best expressed in the Martini. A gin to have absolutely in the bottle.
