Biscotti di Prato - also commonly known as cantucci or
cantuccini - are part of the Tuscan confectionery tradition that sees them

The Biscotti con Cioccolato fondente are a delicious variant of
taste of the Biscotti di Prato, with which they share the same
identical dough.
Prepared with just 4 simple ingredients: flour, sugar
dark chocolate and free-range eggs. They contain no
preservatives, no animal fats or vegetable fats.

History
Since 1858, our biscuits have been baked daily and
hand-packed one by one in the classic Blu Mattei bag.
In 2013, to the traditional recipe of Biscotti di Prato alle Mandorle
was joined by a new recipe with dark chocolate.
The hatboxes have been used since the 1920s to
shipping our products.
