Tardivo di Ciaculli Mandarin Honey, produced in Palermo in Ciaculli hamlet in April and May, has a floreal and medium-intense scent that recalls the mandarin flowers; its taste is delicate, medium aromatic between floreal and fruity. It is straw-yellow when it is liquid, and it becomes slighltly clearer when it crystallizes. Excellent when spread on bread or into coffee and other infusions, excellent to enjoy alone.
