Why it’s so delicious?
Thyme Honey, produced in Ragusa, has a very deep and floreal aroma that maybe recalls the thymol, and its taste is as strong as the smell. It is medium-amber colored. Ideal served with flavored and spicy cheeses.
As the whole range of Carlo Amodeo honeys, in order that the Thyme Honey keeps longer all its properties, it is extracted from the honeycombs drawn from the areas of flowering every 7 days to avoid oxidation at high temperatures, immediately centrifuged, decanted, put into jars and placed in cold storage at 4 degrees.
