Why it’s so delicious?

The Vesuvius Baba is a patented dessert from Pasticceria Giovanni Scaturcio and dates back to 1994, when the G7 was held in Naples.

For the occasion, the pastry shop made a Baba in the shape of Vesuvius, with the clear intent of introducing the great of the earth to the pastry art combined with the creativity of the Neapolitans. Immediately, our Vesuvius Baba, was a great success, so much so that it was patented in name, shape and figurative sense in 1995.
