Why it’s so delicious?

Traditional cake with extra strawberry jam.

Our handcrafted tarts are made by hand with natural, top-quality ingredients. The crumbly pastry, made with fresh eggs and butter, is covered with extra strawberry jam, also made by us, made with selected fresh strawberries, fresh lemon juice and a little sugar.

Ingredients: Extra strawberry jam (43%), type 1 wheat flour, fresh butter, powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), fresh free-range eggs, fresh milk, lemon zest of sorrento, salt, vanilla.
