Why it’s so delicious?

We mix mascarpone and semi-candied pear chunks into the dough for a uniquely soft result.

Our panfrutti are made with flour, butter and fresh egg yolk, made in a slow process with only sourdough.

Hand-packed in a gift box. We can attach a greeting card with your personalized message to the box: remember to send us the details during the purchase process. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour type 0, candied pears (pears, sugar, glucose syrup) (26%), fresh butter, sugar, mascarpone cheese (9%), fresh free-range egg yolk, sourdough starter (6%), orange paste (orange zest, sugar, glucose syrup), Italian honey, barley malt, Bourbon vanilla, salt, citrus essential oil.

I have never tasted a better pastry than Artisan Panfrutto Panfrutto pere e mascarpone. The dough is so soft and fluffy, and the combination of mascarpone and semi-candied pear chunks really takes it to another level.
