Why it’s so delicious?

Delicious artisan Chocolate Sbrisolona is one of the oldest of the baked desserts. Here chocolate is present entirely in the dough, a feature that allows maximum expression to the enchanted emotion of the food of the Gods: 'chocolate'.

Ingredients: Wheat flour type 1, fresh butter, sugar, almonds, cornmeal, fresh free-range eggs, maraschino, yeast, salt, natural vanilla syrup, lemon and orange peel. Covering: chocolate cocoa min. 56% (cane sugar, cocoa nibs, cocoa butter).

Amazing!

The chocolate flavor was rich, yet not overly sweet. The texture was moist and crumbly, making every bite simply delicious. I also appreciated the fact that this is an artisan dessert - hand-crafted with traditional Italian ingredients.
