Psenner Distillery
The history of the Psenner Distillery coincides with that of its founder, Ludwig Psenner, who was born in 1920 near Tramin, a town famous for its wine production. He began at a very young age to passionately devote his energies to the craft of distillation, all the secrets of which he quickly mastered. Thanks to his skill at only 27 years old, he installed his first bain-marie still to produce his own schnapps: the foundations of the Psenner Distillery had been laid.
