Tuna Bresaola is a fresh product, ideal for serving as an appetizer with the addition of a drizzle of oil or to enjoy as a complete dish with a side of arugula and mozzarella. It contains no preservatives or other additives.

Tuna Bresaola comes from one of the most tender parts of the Yellowfin Tuna later that part is salted by hand and cured in special facilities. Its peculiarity besides an intense and fresh flavor is precisely its soft and delicate texture on the palate.

My favorite!

It's so versatile - you can use it as a seasoning for pasta dishes, as a topping for salads, or just enjoy it on its own as a snack. The flavor is complex and delicious, and the texture is satisfyingly chewy.
