Why it’s so delicious?

Caciocavallo SIlano, the king of cheeses. Caciocavallo SIlano is a very ancient cheese, whose origins are to be found in different areas of southern Italy, where the same is produced in different varieties that give it a particular taste. Let us therefore try to learn more about this tasty dairy product from the lands of our Southern Italy, identifying the characteristics that allow it to be distinguished from other cheeses.

Caciocavallo SIlano is an uncooked pasta filata cheese, the production of which takes place - in the present day - almost exclusively using cow's milk: as an alternative to the latter, but to a distinctly limited extent, buffalo milk is used. What immediately distinguishes this cheese from many other equally famous dairy products is certainly its shape comparable to that of a pear.

Super tasting cheese that melts well when you grill it for a crostini

I received my order today and am extremely happy with the cheese

It is all vacuum sealed as requested and arrived a day before you said it would. I have already eaten some of the Caciocavallo cheese and it is wonderful, just like I remembered from trips to Italy years ago. Thank you very much!

The cheese was excellent, just as expected

The delivery was prompt and the packaging exceeded expectations. I would certainly recommend this supplier to friends and family.
