The Hennessy distillery has a very long history dating back to 1765, when it was founded by the Irishman Richard Hennessy. Initially founded as a packaging factory for spirits only, Hennessy is now on the way to becoming the world's largest exporter of Cognac. Thanks to the skilful art of blending, this Very Special bottle contains up to 40 different types of spirits, some aged for up to 8 years, strictly from ugny-blanc, a traditional vine from the French Charante area, and matured in French oak barrels, which contributes to creating a great classic, to be drunk alone or as the crowning glory of excellent cocktails.
A very luminous amber colour with auburn reflections, it presents itself elegantly, allowing itself to be slowly discovered, amid notes of caramel, orange peel and cinnamon that help a sumptuous taste, accentuated in its caloric sensation but perfectly supported by a soft, round body that exhausts a very long persistence on returns of tropical fruit.
