This Cognac is one of the finest products of a brand that, for over three centuries, has been synonymous with great quality, history and tradition and is the fruit of much experimentation and trial and error. It consists of two eaux-de-vie from the prestigious areas of Petite Champagne for 85% and Grande Champagne for 15%, in the Cognac wine district. The long ageing process takes place in Limousin oak barrels and can vary between 10 and 37 years, with an incredible potential that gives this distillate great breadth of aromas and longevity. An investment that pays off over time.
Intense mahogany colour with very bright ruby red reflections. The nose releases ample notes of ripe fruit, plum, candied orange peel and figs, together with floral hints of iris and sweet spices of cinnamon and nutmeg. The taste is soft and warm, with a velvety texture, rich and complex, with a pleasantly lingering finish full of sweet fruity returns of sultanas and cloves.
