Ecce Oleum Centonze unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with the first olives of the new harvest of the Nocellara del Belice variety only, a typical Sicilian cultivar distinguished by its medium, round and full fruitiness and its particular density and veiling.
Aroma:
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Taste:
Medium fruity, round and full. Great balance with tomato and sweet almond aftertaste.
Pairings:
Due to its herbaceous fragrance and unexpected sweetness, it lends itself to both raw and cooked fish dishes, as well as legume soups, red meats and all vegetable dishes.
Thanks to the centuries-old age of its indigenous Nocellara del Belice olive groves, which have always been organically grown, and the very low environmental impact of its production, the Centonze farm was declared a Slow Food Presidium of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in 2015.
