LA RICCIA: PATHS OF QUALITY
This journey began in 2018 in Marano Lagunare, Friuli, at the hands of a community of craft beer lovers who have chosen to make attention to detail, concreteness and loyalty to their land the cornerstones for a unique project! From the love for craft beer, this version, made in Friuli, of Ipa was born, made from water, barley malt, yeast and hops; a pleasantly balanced beer, with particularly intense olfactory qualities, that traces all the somatic traits of an India Pale Ale but with a strongly territorial approach. An international flavour but with its feet firmly planted in its roots: this is La Riccia's Bruna!
A decisive amber colour, it has a candid, creamy and rather persistent foam that leads to an aroma with a very fresh citrus profile, in particular citron and lemon, tones of tropical fruit, hints of grapefruit and distinct cereal nuances. The taste is graceful, fresh in its citrus memories, and has a good bitter connotation that is not intrusive but perfectly balanced for a truly elevated taste experience, confirmed by its long persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, particularly with soft cheeses, it is delicious with pizza, with croquettes and with supplì.
620 Passi is the first Shared Brewery in Italy, with a journey that began in 2018 in Marano Lagunare, Friuli. In a short time, 620 Passi has transformed itself from a small craft brewery into a reality involving over 200 members and which will continue to expand because, if Friulians never go the extra mile, it is true that together we can go one step further and this is only possible by sharing a dream, finding fellow travellers with whom to go even further. A community of beer lovers that makes sustainability the backbone of the project, in the environmental, economic-financial and social spheres, and where concreteness, independence and fidelity to one's roots are the key points for proper growth, cultivated every day. Not least the attention to detail and raw materials, to create a balanced craft beer with a unique and distinctive character!
