The Sorrento Lemon PGI is an elliptical-shaped fruit with straw-yellow flesh whose abundant juice, of high acidity, is rich in vitamin C and mineral salts.

The peel, deep yellow in color, is medium thick and very fragrant due to the presence of essential oils.

The cream is so rich, and the lemon flavor is so strong

The best part is that you can use it on top of sweet and savory dishes. It can be used to dress a salad or drizzled over ice cream. The possibilities are endless!
