Focaccia di formaggio Umbria a typical bakery product from Umbria Italia, which in spite of its name, is leavened and high like a kind of savory panettone, with a strong personality.
It is cheesy, with plenty of Pecorino Romano cheese present in the dough, even in small pieces, ideal to accompany, instead of bread, cheeses and cold cuts. It is used mainly during the holidays, Christmas and Easter, but over time it has become a constant presence at the table all year round.
It can be round in shape as pictured, or in a rectangular box.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 00, eggs, seed oil, pecorino cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano 24 months, leavening agent, butter, salt.
If the intended consumption is beyond 7 days, we recommend freezing it upon delivery and thawing it 24 hours before consumption.
