African craft gin, distilled in Nairobi, Procera encapsulates the essence of its continent, being composed of a number of botanicals 100 percent from Africa. The most important is a native juniper berry, known as Juniper Procera, which grows only in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia and is characterized by its earthy, nutty appearance. Other botanicals are then added to the juniper, including pink pepper from Madagascar and iris root from Morocco, which will perfectly complement the flavor profile. Encased in a blown glass bottle, also handcrafted by the talented team at Kitengela Hot Glass, about an hour's drive from the distillery, Procera Blue Dot Gin expresses, in every sip, the essence of its land, representing Africa on the world stage.
Crystal clear in color, the nose stands out for its aromatic impact of wet earth, then citrus and a balsamic call, without lacking sweeter tones of honey and small wild flowers. Tasting elegant, soft, round, it is enriched by toasty notes reminiscent of dried fruit and pressed by the freshness of citrus and juniper, for a truly unique and inimitable exuberance.
