For us, making bread is an art, in fact we have always worked the dough with our hands, using recipes handed down from father to son. Over the years we have also moved closer to the best production technologies to create a better quality product, but our values have remained strongly tied to tradition and the land.
We constantly search for the best raw materials for our products, in fact we use only stone-ground flour, with no additives or preservatives. We make a pre-dough with water, flour and yeast, which we let rise for 24 hours. This allows us to obtain a more digestible product and makes unique aromas and flavors develop.
Pan Biscotto, is a typical sandwich from the Veneto tradition, hard and dry that crumbles in the mouth. Usually, it is paired with soppressa vicentina, but it is also perfect for making crostini and bruschetta of all kinds.
Ours is made entirely by hand with sourdough and left to bake slowly for a thin, clear crust. Try them all!
