Why it’s so delicious?
Pane Strazzata or Focaccia produced in Basilicata is a bread made from durum wheat semolina, water and sourdough. It has the characteristic of being flattened and having a hole in the center. We get it in Corleto Perticara from Giovanni, a second-generation baker. He uses an "old generation" wood-fired oven.
