It is thanks to the Apulian oranges, which acquire their typical taste thanks to the soil rich in marl and limestone, as well as to the cold winds that lash the impervious terraces, helping to create masterful temperature excursions, which allow the fruit to concentrate all its aromas and flavors.
Slightly cloudy orange in color, it has a subtle and very persistent effervescence. On the nose, the aroma is distinct and deep with orange and herbaceous hints, along with floral hints. On the palate the sweetness alternates well with the citrus acidity, revealing a very gentle sip with commendable balance.
Drunk on its own it is thirst-quenching and refreshing but can also be made into a sorbet, with the addition of a few lemon balm leaves and orange zest, for a tasteful break!
