Our Sicilian lemon marmalade is prepared following the classic recipe handed down to us by our grandparents: pulp, lemon peels and sugar and lemon juice.
We use only lemons of the "Zagara Bianca" variety.
Ingredients: Lemon Pulp (56.66%), Sugar (33.33%), Rind.
Processing: Lemons are hand-picked, washed, peeled and cut in half.
Then the lemon pulp is cooked in a pot with the addition of sugar.
