Limoncello Pallini is produced according to an ancient recipe guarded for years by the Pallini family, using "Sfusato IGP" lemons from the terraces of the Amalfi Coast. The link with this land has very ancient origins; here, the then president Giorgio Pallini and his cousin Nicola met and married two other cousins, Serafina and Mariolina Casella. The "Sfusato IGP" lemons are hand-picked as they were hundreds of years ago and are grown without the use of chemical pesticides.

Pallini Limoncello is born from the infusion of the "Amalfi Coast Lemon PGI."
The lemons come from terraced cultivations on the Amalfi Coast and are hand-picked only when perfectly ripe.
After harvesting, the lemons are immediately peeled and infused in alcohol.
Our family recipe dates back more than 100 years.
Pallini Limoncello is extremely versatile, great enjoyed fresh from the fridge, mixed into cocktails or as an ingredient for the most delicious lemon desserts.

Amalfi Coast Lemon PGI
What makes the IGP Amalfi Coast Lemon unique?

Referred to in the vernacular as the "Bread Lemon" because of its edible peel, the Sfusato Amalfitano used for the infusion of Pallini Limoncello, is the only lemon really worth biting into!
Rich in vitamin C and refreshing essential oils, Sfusato is known for its low acidity, sweet flavor and, not least, disproportionate size.
Grown on the terraces of the Amalfi Coast without the use of pesticides, Sfusato di Amalfi takes about a year to grow and is harvested by hand as it once was.
