Pecorino Paesello is an extremely aromatic, savory pecorino with a firm, slightly honeycombed texture. Slightly pasty texture due to the intermediate aging of about 6 months. It enhances the aromas of accompanying cured meats; it goes splendidly with our 24-month Prosciutto, with our salami, with a seasoned sausage and with Umbrian pork Lombetto.
