From vineyards rooted in the prized Cartizze area, this Prosecco DOCG is made from Glera grapes, the typical variety used for the category, from vines with an average age of 10-20 years. Harvesting is carried out manually between the end of September and the first half of October, after which the must passes into an autoclave where the sparkling process takes place. Once bottled, this Cartizze rests in the cellar for 4-6 weeks, to arrive to us clear, limpid and incredibly creamy.
It has a pale, shiny straw-yellow colour and very fine-grained perlage, which releases intense, fragrant hints typical of the genre, including apple and dried fruit, walnut husk and almond. The flavour is full, fruity and enveloping, very pleasant on the palate.
Excellent as an aperitif, with fish first courses and seafood starters.

This company was founded in 1987 from the passion of a historic family of winegrowers and is the first private winemaker of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG: its wines have been celebrated by the most important wine competitions.
The Val del Brun Estate is the beating heart: forty hectares of vineyards nestled among scenic hills, a unique landscape recognised as a Unesco World Heritage Site in 2019, protected through adherence to the Vignes fleuries protocol (2014) and SQNPI certification (Sistema di Qualità Nazionale Produzione Integrata, 2018); it is also an ISO 14001 certified company.
