RUM Don Papa Baroko is for those who like spirits with a very smooth character, bringing all the sweetness of excellent quality molasses into the glass. Beautiful amber color with bright highlights, intense nose with aromas of tropical fruit, caramel, honey, candied fruit, vanilla and wood toast. Smooth palate and long persistence.

The Don Papa Distillery is located on the island of Negros and in a decade or so, has been able to establish itself as one of the most interesting newcomers on the world Rum scene. The basis of the Rum is one of the world's best qualities of sugar cane, grown in the ideal climate and on mineral-rich soils. The sugarcane is cut and processed by hand in order to extract a dense and fragrant molasses, followed by the distillation stage, carried out in traditional copper stills.
The Rum matures for a long time in American oak barrels, previously used for aging Bourbon.
