Each bottle of Tequila Don Julio comes from the finest blue agave crops, lying under the scorching sun of Los Altos de Jalisco. Once it reaches perfect ripeness, the agave is harvested strictly by hand so as not to damage a single leaf and masterfully distilled at least twice, by discontinuous cycle still, using the same method used by Don Julio Gonzàlez more than 60 years ago and still considered irreplaceable, passed down like a secret between generations. 100% blue agave for one of the best Tequilas on the market, ideal on its own, with a few ice cubes and a slice of lime or in your favorite cocktail.
Transparent and crystal clear, almost brilliant, it has a distinctive aroma of agave and citrus with slight vegetal hints of mowed grass and hay. The taste has an incredible bold agave flavor that leaves a smooth, clean palate with a perfect balance in the alcohol note in a long finish of black pepper and spicy returns.
