Burrata in Foglia is prepared according to the Apulian dairy tradition that also gave birth to the now world-famous Burrata di Andria.
The flavor of our leaf burrata is mild and it is mainly used as a table product. The smell is fresh and pleasant. It looks like a soft pouch with a smooth, uniform, shiny surface and a snowy white color. The texture is soft and slightly elastic.

I ordered this cheese to try it out. I would recommend it to anyone. It is great on a cracker with a little olive oil, or on a slice of bread with some balsamic vinegar.

I used this cheese to make a simple Caprese salad. It was delicious. I love its flavor which went perfectly with the tomatoes and basil.

I love cheese. I love food in general, but I have to say that this Burrata is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who loves good cheese. It goes great on a sandwich or with some crackers and fruit. The texture is very soft and creamy and it really melts in your mouth, literally.
