Why it’s so delicious?
For our Baci di Dama, the perfect meeting of hazelnut and chocolate, we use only whole shelled hazelnuts, not in grain or powder form, of the prized Italian round variety, which we toast, peel and grind only at the time of use and in the right quantity, so that all the unmistakable aroma of this prized fruit is well perceived.
PERFUME
The fragrance is sublime and intense. The scent of hazelnut and chocolate is intriguing as soon as the single-portion is opened.
TASTE
On tasting, the flavor is full-bodied, intense hazelnut and balanced chocolate. What is surprising, however, is the close of the tasting: a refined sweet flavor pervades the mouth leaving only one feeling, of wanting to try another one right away.
