Why it’s so delicious?

Elegant resealable gift box signed Sibona, containing a fine Grappa "XO" and two tasting glasses.
This grappa is dedicated to true connoisseurs: the warm and complex flavor has a strong and innovative personality.

The designation "XO" - extra old - is reserved for the best distillates that have aged in wood for at least six years, thus reaching optimal maturation. Sibona's XO project was born several years ago with the careful and wise selection of limited quantities of the best pomace from the most renowned grape varieties of the Langhe and Roero, such as the Nebbiolo (Barolo and Barbaresco) and Barbera varieties, which after a shrewd distillation gave rise to a unique blend in the world of premium Grappas, a special cuvée.
